How long have you been involved in the scene?

I first started in BDSM about 7 years ago. I started out as a submissive and enjoyed that role for a couple of years. Then I began experimenting with dominance and soon learned that I was truly a Dominatrix. While I did enjoy my time as a sub, it in no way compares to the fulfillment I feel when I am the Mistress. I started playing professionally a little more than a year ago, as I found that I could not play all I wanted, while I maintained a regular job. I am now a full time Mistress and could not be happier. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner.

Is there an experience in your life that gave you your start as a domina?

There is not really any particular experience that I can point to and say "That is where it all began". I think that my interest in BDSM and in dominance have evolved over time. A progression so to speak.

Do you prefer to dominate men or women?

I do not really have a preference in this area. I am fulfilled when someone submits to me, their gender is secondary, and each are exciting in their different ways.

What is your favorite type of session?

One of the things I most enjoy about BDSM is the huge variety of potential scenes. I think that my favorite sessions depend on who I am with at the time. With one slave in particular I love letting all of my sadistic tendencies out. With another and in a different context, a soft, gentle, worship scene can be equally enjoyable.

As you know, "Our Way" is special for crossdressers; how do you feel about working with them?

I find that the progression I see in a slave is very exciting to me.

So many times a new slave comes to me with limited fantasies, perhaps just wearing a lacy bra and panty set. With time however those fantasies grow and evolve, soon I find myself going shopping with my slave. Picking out all manner of clothes and 'equipment' for them to "dress" in. Changing their "in scene" persona and expanding their horizons. It is all very challenging and exciting.

Do you have any slaves that are special to you?

Everyone I play with is special to me. I love all of my slaves in their own way, for their own particular attributes. I wouldn't play with a slave whom I didn't feel some kind of special connection with. Because if I did my own fantasies would die and this is something which I would never allow to happen.

How does it feel to deal with a submissive whom you have never met?

Before ever setting up an appointment for a session, I correspond with potential slaves. I feel that I know them by the time they come to see me for their first session. We may not have met in person, but it is often times easier for someone to open up to me through the written word.

What is the most important thing a slave should know about you?

I take my dominance quite seriously. I will not be topped from the bottom. I will not tolerate a brat. I will not be stood up or disrespected in anyway. I treat my slaves and their submission with the utmost respect, I demand the same in return.

Can you tell us how many slaves you see in a week?

It depends upon how I am feeling at any particular time. I do not consider my dominance a job. I consider it a gift which I have received. I don't want it damaged. For this reason my play varies quite a lot. When I am feeling very excited about BDSM, I play a great deal and with great frequency, but when I feel that I need a break, I don't hesitate to take some time away from BDSM to refresh my mind and my fantasies. I don't force BDSM on myself.

Are you interested in email or snail mail training?

Not at this time.

What type of facility and equipment do you have?

First of all I should mention that I believe dominance is in the mind. All I need for a successful scene, is my mind, my body and my soul. I love seeing a slave melt at a mere glance from me. I play in my home where I have created a wonderful dungeon. It is of course well stocked with toys that I have purchased through the years. Many of my slaves are also quite talented at building things and some of my best equipment has been created by them, for me.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to be a Dominatrix?

You need to very carefully examine your motives. There is only one reason to become a domina, and that is your own personal fulfillment. You can not be a good domina if you are doing it: for the money, for someone else's fulfillment, or because you have pent up anger. The only way you can be a good domina is for you to truly want it for yourself.

Is there a message you would like to give to would be "slaves"?

You should never feel guilty or ashamed about your fantasies or desires, nor should you ever allow anyone else to make you feel guilt or shame. Some of us do accept you for who you are, and instead of allowing yourself to suffer alone and in misery over these desires, I implore you to seek out those who will accept you, and all that you are. I truly believe that real happiness begins with our own acceptance of ourselves.
