The Muse In Seattle, Touching Me

Last night, all night, I was writing. I should have been sleeping but I wrote straight through. The muse was with me and the words flowed seamlessly from my imagination, through my fingers, and on to the screen. I managed quite a volume of words with little work, just a joy at the process of creation.

It's not usually like that for me, usually writing takes some effort, it doesn't flow from my mind to the page very well and I sometimes struggle to get my thoughts across.

Last spring the muse was with me a good deal of the time. That's when I wrote Dystopian Longings, and the two additional books that currently sit on my hard drive. After that brief time real life again intruded and the muse left me for a while. Last night she came back with a vengeance.

As everyone knows, I write erotica. Stories specifically intended to get my readers hot, to give my readers a little something to think about as they cum. (Assuming of course that they are allowed to cum!) If the comments on the blog here are to be believed, I often manage to succeed. Lots of boys, and perhaps some girls go to sleep touching themselves with my words in their heads. Excellent!

I'm less sure if that is the case with the stories in Dystopian Longings. The book has been selling great (THANK YOU!) but it hasn't received many reviews, so I don't know how many people are finding it a hot and sweaty read.

I do though know how I felt writing it, and let me tell you, putting those words to paper was hot indeed. That's how it is when the muse is with me. Last night was the same experience. Last night I typed. I'm not quite sure how long, perhaps eight or ten hours. It didn't feel like typing though, and it certainly didn't feel like work.

It felt like eight or ten hours of the most exquisite foreplay. My own body reacted to my words in a powerful and most delightful way. That is what the muse does to me when she is with me. I finished writing this morning, every nerve on edge, and the slightest brush of my fingers capable of bringing me the release of all that erotic tension.

Last nights stories are sex to me, wonderful lustful sex. Eventually they will be edited and I'll get them out for everyone to enjoy in book form. I just hope that my muse travels with them, to stroke my readers just as perfectly as she sometimes strokes the writer.

Barnes & Noble, Around Seattle And The Country

I must confess that I love Barnes & Noble. I enjoy a number of local independent bookstores as well, but Barnes & Noble just does books well. Their friendly atmosphere and great selection has managed to transfer a good deal of money from my pocket to theirs through the years.

As folks who have read this blog recently know, I adore the Barnes & Noble Nook as well.

I was therefore thrilled to notice this morning that Dystopian Longings is now being carried by Barnes & Noble, that most wonderful of bookstores.

If you have a Barnes & Noble account, or a Nook, it should make Barnes & Noble a very easy place to pick up a copy of the book.

You can find it on Barnes & Noble here:

Dystopian Longings at Barnes & Noble

I also notice that this morning they are selling it for 5.59, a 20% discount. I do not know how long the discount may last, as I have no control over B&N pricing.

Nook owners can simply download the book into the Nook by using the search feature within the Nook's catalog.

If you do buy a copy of the book from B&N, I would be honored and extremely grateful for any honest reviews posted to the Barnes & Noble site.

It is also of course still available at Smashwords here:

Dystopian Longings at Smashwords

Those seeking to buy it at Smashwords can wander over to On Dominance to read a review of the book and pick up a two bucks off coupon code. This coupon code is good only at Smashwords.

Lastly, for anyone who may want to order the book from their favorite seller, the ISBN number for the epub version of the book is: 978-1-4523-5368-5

Dystopian Longings, FAQ

What the hell does dystopian mean?

A dystopia is the opposite of a utopia.

Who is distributing this oddly named book?

Dystopian Longings is being distributed by Smashwords. Smashwords is a genuine vanilla ebook distributor. This assures that your purchase information is safe, and gives you the ability to buy the ebook with any major credit card, or pay pal if you prefer. It also ensures that your credit card bill will show a large and legitimate vanilla business, not a kinky dominatrix.

At six bucks you aren't going to get rich so why are you bugging me to buy the damn thing?

Because I am proud of my writing, and I hope to share my stories with as many people as possible.

Why do you want me to take my precious time to review it for you when I could be off reading more porn?

Three reasons:
1. I'm proud of my writing and want to share it with as many people as possible. People who are unfamiliar with me though will not buy it unless it has some reviews.
2. Your honest feedback will help me to become a better writer.
3. I take my time to write something for you here every week. It's your turn to write something for me!

OK, I'll do it, but how?

It's easy! Create yourself an account on Smashwords.com (it's free and easy) then go to the book page and post your thoughts. It's even easier than commenting on this blog.

Why should I buy an ebook instead of a real book?

Because with an ebook there are no paper pages to get sticky when you masturbate while reading.

Will I masturbate while reading Dystopian Longings?

I certainly hope that you want to wank off while reading my book. If you do or not depends upon if you are in a chastity device or not I suppose. Either way, I'm sure that it will get some slime leaking out of you!

The book cover says that it's by Ms. Milliscent and F. Kettleman. Who the fuck is F. Kettleman?

The gent who helped me edit it so that you didn't have to read a misspelled and ungrammatical ebbok. He also helped me format it so that it would work well with so many different devices and computers. Let me tell you, that bit looked to be a nightmare. I think that it is a much better ebook than it would have been without that collaboration.

All right, I'm convinced. Where do I buy it again?

Right Here.

I'm a very good boy, so I'll do a review for you. Where do I do it?

Right Here.

I want my two bucks off you overpriced bitch. What's that coupon number again?

Dystopian Longings: A Collection Of Dreams

Over the past year I've written a great deal of fiction, the vast majority of which has not been posted here on the blog.

I kept wondering what on earth I would ever do with it all.

Well, the answer came to me, and the first collection of my latest flash fiction has been published as an ebook.

Dystopian Longings: A Collection Of Dreams

This is a highly erotic, and graphic, collection of eighteen of very short stories, focusing on the powerful themes of bdsm, female domination, male submission, enforced chastity, and cuckoldry. I hope that there is something inside for everyone. A warning though, some of the stories might be a good deal more extreme than what you are used to from me. Not all but some. Additionally, a minority of them have been published in earlier, less polished, forms here on the blog. Most though are brand new, never before in the light of day.

Dystopian Longings is available in a huge variety of formats, so can be read by anyone. These formats include: html and java for online reading, mobi for the Kindle, Epub for the Nook and a number of other dedicated readers including the Ipad, PDF for the home computer, and good for printing, rtf and plain text for word processors, lrf for Sony brand readers, and palmdoc for Palm products.

I hope that you will consider purchasing a copy of Dystopian Longings, they are my dreams, dreams I hope to share with you.

Dystopian Longings is for sale at the price of $6.99, but for the readers of my blog, until September 12 I'm offering it for $4.99. Just enter the coupon code: FM58P at checkout.

I hope that you will read my book, and I hope that if you do, you will leave an honest review of it on the download site.

Enough yammering, you can find Dystopian Longings at:

I hope you enjoy my dreams!
