Much of the fiction I write is dark, harsh. I think stories like that are fun!

Female domination isn't necessarily dark and harsh however. It can, and does take a huge myriad of forms based upon the two people involved. This variety is one of the things I most love about it.

The fundamental essence of bdsm, in my mind anyway, is obedience. The female demands obedience from her subject. She insists that he obey those orders she gives. These orders, activities can be dark, they can be harsh, and they can be cruel. They need not be however. They can be light, playful, even a little bit crazy. It all depends upon who the partners in the scene are, and how they desire their interaction to be.

Female domination needs to be fulfilling to both partners.
