Light In Lyon
My friends who live in Lyon France sent me the URL of an online slide show of that city's 'Night of Lights.'
It is well worth having a look.

Ma'm, I just got home from a lousy day at work in which there was nothing of either light or beauty. what a joy to come home and see this. It was, for me at least, utterly breathtaking.

Hello Milliscent and everyone here,
We are glad to read that the Night of Lights in Lyon pleased you so much, Milliscent; and for Shonin that this slide show enjoyed your evening after a lousy day at work.
We sent you below the direct link to the English version of the whole site, because the link is not very visible on the French page:

Warm regards to all.
Christine and georgette.

Christine & georgette,
Thank you for the additional links, and for tipping me toward the site in the first place.
You live in a truly magical looking city, at least one night a year anyway!
